More ways we finish the exterior

Three services.
One cleaner roofline.

These services can be quoted on their own or combined with gutter and roofing work when the project calls for a more complete exterior finish.

Aluminum fascia and roofline finishing Roofline protection

Fascia & Aluminum Wrap

Protect exposed roofline wood with clean aluminum finishing. Where deteriorated fascia needs replacement, the damaged wood can be addressed before the new aluminum wrap is installed.

  • Helps protect roofline wood from weather
  • Clean, low-maintenance finish
  • Supports a clean gutter installation
Professional residential exterior pressure washing Exterior cleaning

Pressure Washing

Remove built-up dirt, algae, mildew, and grime from appropriate exterior surfaces to refresh the appearance of the home and reduce long-term surface buildup.

  • Refreshes exterior appearance
  • Helps remove organic buildup
  • Great finishing service after exterior work
Easy to combine with larger projects
  • Gutters & fascia
  • Roofing & soffit
  • Full roofline finishing

Final scope depends on the condition of the existing fascia, soffit, roof edge, access, ventilation needs, and the surfaces being cleaned. Any concealed wood deterioration or additional repair work is identified separately in the written proposal.

Small details. Big role.

A finished exterior
works as a system.

Fascia, soffit, gutters, roofing, and exterior surfaces all interact. Correcting one detail can help the rest of the exterior perform and look better.

01 / FASCIA

A solid roofline

Fascia creates the finished edge behind the gutter. Damaged or deteriorated wood should be addressed before covering it with aluminum or attaching a new gutter system.

02 / SOFFIT

Finish + ventilation

Soffit closes the underside of the overhang and, where the roof design calls for it, vented panels can contribute to attic airflow.

03 / CLEANING

Keep surfaces looking cared for

Exterior washing can remove accumulated grime and organic buildup from suitable surfaces, improving appearance and helping homeowners keep up with routine exterior maintenance.

We can quote the roofline as one project.

If your gutters, fascia, and soffit all need attention, tell us at the estimate stage. We can define each part of the scope together instead of treating them as unrelated repairs.

Simple from start to finish

Tell us what needs
attention. We’ll scope it.

Photos are especially useful for fascia, soffit, and cleaning work. We can often get the estimate process started before an in-person visit.

  1. 01

    Send the address & photos

Tell us which areas you want addressed and send clear photos whenever possible.

  2. 02

    We define the scope

We identify the material, repair, access, ventilation, or cleaning details that belong in the written estimate.

  3. 03

    We complete the finish work

Our crew performs the agreed work and leaves the exterior with a cleaner, more complete finish.

Already replacing your roof or gutters?

Ask us to include fascia or soffit work in the same proposal. Combining related roofline work can make the project easier to coordinate.

Can you replace damaged fascia wood before wrapping it?

Yes. If fascia wood is soft, deteriorated, or otherwise unsuitable for the agreed installation, the damaged sections can be identified for replacement before the aluminum finish is installed.

Do you install vented soffit?

Yes. Vented soffit can be used where the roof and attic ventilation design calls for intake airflow. The appropriate configuration depends on the home.

Can fascia and soffit be done with new gutters?

Yes. These services are commonly coordinated together because the fascia condition and roofline finish directly affect the gutter installation area.

Can you pressure wash every exterior surface?

Not every material should be cleaned with the same pressure or method. The surface condition and material should be evaluated so the cleaning approach is appropriate for the area being serviced.

Do I need to be home for an estimate?

Not always. For many exterior projects, an address, good photos, measurements, and access information can help us begin the estimate process without requiring you to be home.

Can I add these services to a roofing or gutter project?

Yes. Tell us everything you want considered before the estimate is finalized, and we can separate or combine the work clearly in the written proposal.

Finish the exterior properly

Take care of the roofline details while you already have an exterior crew on site.

Send us your address and a few photos. We’ll help you define whether you need fascia work, soffit installation, pressure washing, or a combination of services.
